Account and storage / 账号与存储
Guest sessions have an internal identifier. Email accounts store email, display name, password hash, verification and login records. Gameplay progress can be stored in cloud saves. Credits, orders, support tickets, attachments and administrator audit records are stored on the server. 游客使用内部编号；邮箱账号保存邮箱、显示名称、密码哈希、验证和登录记录。游戏进度可保存为云存档。Credits、订单、工单、附件和管理员审计记录由服务器保存。
Providers / 第三方服务
The overseas service is hosted in Hong Kong. Verification and password-reset emails use Resend and may involve processing in the United States. PayPal checkout is available only after payment configuration and acceptance testing. 海外服务托管于香港；验证和重设密码邮件使用 Resend，可能在美国处理。PayPal 仅在完成配置及验收后开放。
Analytics / 统计
Core service records and first-party usage events support account safety and the operations dashboard. Financial and Credits metrics use server ledgers. Optional GA4 loads only after explicit consent, which can be withdrawn through Analytics preferences. Email, passwords, ticket contents and attachments are not sent as analytics event parameters. 账号安全与运营看板使用服务端业务记录和站内事件；财务及 Credits 指标以服务端账本为准。GA4 仅在明确同意后加载，可在统计偏好中撤回。不将邮箱、密码、工单内容或附件作为统计参数上报。
Requests and records / 请求与记录
The account page provides confirmed closure: sign-in identities, online cloud saves and ticket attachments/messages are removed. Financial ledgers and security audits remain under a non-login record; pending orders must be handled first. Contact the operator about access, correction, paid rights or refunds. Cloud-provider records may exist; their precise retention period has not been confirmed. 用户中心提供确认注销：删除登录身份、在线云存档及工单附件/消息；财务账本和安全审计保留在不可登录记录下，未完成订单须先处理。信息查询、更正、已付费权益或退款请联系运营者。云服务商可能保存记录，具体期限尚未确认。
